My worth doesn't come from what one says about me but, comes from what I and do to contribute to the world. Meaning: I need to say what I mean-and mean what I say.

When I say I will do something, act a certain way or just simply show up as I promised. My value is sealed. If I've over obligated myself...I simply say that and offer an alternative. No one can be perfect...but we can be perfectly accountable.
